Products that are cut at the cutting department are sent to the Classification place after the labeling procedure. After the control of the cutted cloths and pairing the 1st. Quality products, they are sent at to the Classification department to be classified.

A sub-control is realized for each sewing sub-process at the sewing department. After the item production is completed, by the band final control, the faulty pieces have been selected before the quality control procedure. The sub-sewing controller checks and reports each machine worker’s performance and quality. Minimum mistake and maximum performance can be reached by the help of these reports.

	In this department there are 30 Unit Control Tables and 30 Units iron. Products coming from the sewing department are taken to the control in this department. The controlled products are ironed according to the measure table and then sent to the final control section.
Products that are not approved by the control staff can never be loaded as a completed product and re-correction is requested. All these controls ate realized according to the sample that was delivered by the customer, procedure documents and Basak Tekstil’ s quality standarts.

	Products that are delivered to the package department are packaged according to the customer’s foreseen standards. Products pass through the METAL DECUCTOR during the packaging procedure so as to detect the probable metal pieces in the products. After the whole controls are completed, packaged products are taken into the boxes with the sizes that are referred by the customer.
